Through my own life experiences and personal journey, the Lord has fostered in me a passion to help other women find hope and healing through holistic means. Although we live in a fallen and broken world, we have a God who is greater. I believe in His power and desire to restore and redeem all aspects of our lives. In bringing all areas of our health under His authority - mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational - we can learn to live in better balance with this world and become all we were created to be in Jesus. I consider it a joy and privilege to walk alongside others to encourage and strengthen them in their journeys, with a goal of becoming and remaining healthy so they can live in a way of freedom and can step more fully into their gifts and strengths in serving as well.
